Once we have decided to move forward with buying your property and agreed on a purchase price, the paperwork will be sent to you by the closing attorney or title company for your review and signature in front of a local notary. You won’t have to travel; the notary will meet you at your house, local coffee shop, or wherever is most convenient for you. Once you sign the paperwork, you’ll receive payment and you’re done; we take care of the rest of the process. 

We pay all closing costs and any taxes due (within reason). The amount of the payment you receive is the purchase price we’ve agreed on. There are no sale commissions nor any closing fees. We keep it as simple as possible.
